About the Role
This internship is suitable for students or fresh graduates who are interested in digital marketing, social media content, event promotion, customer engagement, campaign support, and business software marketing.
As a Marketing Intern, your main role is to assist the marketing team in daily marketing activities and campaign execution. You will assist the marketing team in preparing marketing materials, updating social media content, supporting campaigns, assisting with events, and helping the company promote accounting and business software solutions to potential customers.
You will work under the guidance of the marketing team, management, and other internal departments. You may be involved in social media posting, marketing content preparation, event promotion, customer lead updates, campaign follow-ups, and simple design or video support.
This role is a good opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in real marketing operations, especially in the software, accounting system, and business solutions industry. You do not need to have strong working experience, but you should be willing to learn, responsible, creative, and able to follow instructions. Training and guidance will be provided.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Assistance
You will assist the marketing team in daily marketing activities and promotional tasks. Your responsibilities include:
Assist in preparing marketing materials for company products, services, events, and promotions.
Support the marketing team in executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
Help update marketing content based on company activities and business requirements.
Assist in organizing marketing files, campaign materials, and promotional content.
Support the team in preparing simple reports or campaign updates when required.
Help follow up on assigned marketing tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
Assist with other marketing-related tasks assigned by the company.
Social Media & Content Support
You will assist in creating and updating content for the company’s social media platforms. Your responsibilities include:
Assist in preparing social media captions, content ideas, and posting materials.
Support Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other social media updates when required.
Help schedule or publish social media posts under guidance.
Assist in preparing content related to AutoCount, accounting software, business solutions, training courses, promotions, and company activities.
Support simple content writing for announcements, campaigns, and event promotions.
Help ensure social media content is clear, professional, and aligned with company branding.
Assist in monitoring social media comments, messages, or enquiries when assigned.
Design & Video Support
You will assist in simple design and video-related marketing tasks when required. Your responsibilities include:
Assist in creating simple posters, banners, social media graphics, and promotional visuals.
Support simple video editing for tutorials, event highlights, product sharing, or social media content.
Help prepare basic presentation slides or campaign visuals when needed.
Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools when required.
Ensure marketing visuals are clear, professional, and consistent with company branding.
Follow guidance from the team when preparing design or video content.
Promotion & Campaign Support
You will support the marketing team when the company runs promotions, campaigns, or special offers. Your responsibilities include:
Assist in preparing promotion-related content and materials.
Help update promotion information for internal use or website/social media posting.
Support campaign execution by preparing captions, images, customer messages, or simple content.
Assist in checking campaign details to ensure information is accurate before posting.
Help promote company offers, packages, training courses, and software solutions.
Assist in recording customer enquiries or leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Support campaign follow-up tasks assigned by the marketing team.
Event & Training Promotion Support
You will assist in promoting company events, training courses, workshops, webinars, and seminars. Your responsibilities include:
Assist in preparing event promotion content.
Help create or update event posters, captions, and announcements.
Support promotion for monthly training courses, workshops, seminars, webinars, and company activities.
Assist in updating event information for social media or website use.
Help prepare registration-related content or follow-up lists when required.
Support event-day preparation when needed.
Assist in taking photos, videos, or short clips during events for future marketing use.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for interns who are willing to learn, responsible, and interested in marketing. No working experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided. The ideal candidate should have:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign support.
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other social media platforms.
Basic writing skills for captions, simple content, and promotional messages.
Basic design sense will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
Willingness to learn marketing strategies, customer communication, and campaign execution.
Ability to work under pressure calmly.
Good communication skills and ability to work well with the team.
